
Relationship Manager for Corporate Clients

This role is ideal for an experienced relationship manager looking to grow their career in corporate banking.
Key Responsibilities:Corporate Deposit Growth:- Increase overall corporate deposits by onboarding new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones.
- Develop strategies to attract high-value corporate clients and maintain long-term engagement.
- Drive growth in Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) balances by encouraging corporate clients to maintain and increase their deposits.
- Work closely with clients to understand their cash management needs and offer appropriate banking solutions.
- Contribute to the bank's business strategy by migrating corporate clients to digital platforms.
- Promote awareness and adoption of digital banking solutions to enhance operational efficiency for corporate customers.
- Expand the client base by identifying and prospecting potential corporate customers.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Establish new account relationships with corporate clients, particularly those interested in digital products and services.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding onto digital platforms and ensure customer awareness of available services.
- Regularly meet with existing and prospective corporate clients to understand their banking needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Foster long-term, profitable relationships with key corporate clients to ensure customer loyalty and continued business growth.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell corporate and institutional banking products to maximize revenue generation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive banking solutions that address client needs.
- Act as a positive representative of the bank in the market by participating in industry events and networking opportunities.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitor offerings to ensure the bank remains competitive.
- Drive continuous process improvement through innovative solutions.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards in all operational activities.
- Continually update oneself through knowledge acquisition and on-the-job training; advocate and support others to do the same.
- Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.
- Minimum experience of 5 years of relevant experience, preferable of 7 years.
