Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Operations Manager to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with expertise in catering operations, menu planning, and food safety.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our catering department, ensuring that all events are executed with precision and attention to detail. This includes managing staff, maintaining inventory, and coordinating logistics.

In addition, the Catering Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing menus, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing catering staff and coordinating event logistics
  • Developing and implementing menus to meet client requirements
  • Managing inventory and procurement of food, beverages, and supplies
  • Coordinating with clients to ensure event success
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in catering or event management
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field
  • Certification in food safety and sanitation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
