
Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting products and services to customers, discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating contracts, and maintaining customer satisfaction with the aim of maximizing profits.
- Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and analyze market trends to identify new products in the market and understand their advantages and disadvantages.
- Plan and assist with new product releases and events, maintaining technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies.
- Establish contact with new customers to inform them of our products, understanding their needs and how we can help them.
- Provide potential customers with support, information, and guidance by performing product demonstrations and gathering their feedback.
- Follow up with new customers after the demo session to negotiate contracts and packages.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- 2+ years of experience in the dental field (preferably within the Oman market).
- Background in dental treatments and techniques, good MS Office skills, good communication skills & English Language, and good presentation skills.
- Candidates should be based in Oman.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
