  • Main Responsibilities:">
  • Assist in managing day-to-day housekeeping activities, including room cleaning, public areas, laundry, and back-of-house spaces.">
  • Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to meet service and cleanliness expectations.">
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure consistency with hotel standards.">
  • Coordinate room status updates with the front office and maintenance teams.">
  • Help manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities; assist with ordering and stock control.">
  • Support the Executive Housekeeper in scheduling staff and optimizing labor efficiency.">
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest complaints or requests.">
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.">
  • Assist in onboarding and ongoing training of housekeeping personnel.">
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including inspection reports, staff attendance, and maintenance issues.">

Key Qualifications:

  • Previous housekeeping supervisory experience in a hotel or resort setting.">
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.">
  • Ability to lead a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.">

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.">
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred but not required.">
