Sohar is a leading organization seeking a dedicated Sustainability Coordinator to support our Vice President. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, planning and coordinating sustainability initiatives, and managing financial records.
Main Responsibilities:
The Sustainability Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to the Vice President, including scheduling, reporting, and meeting coordination
- Maintaining and organizing documentation, including project records and contracts
- Acting as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Key Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in accounting or administration, with fresh graduates and those with 1-2 years of experience in coordination being preferred. Strong discipline in managing office tasks, good computing skills, and ability to work in MS Office programs are essential. The candidate should also have knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
