Travel and Logistics Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Travel and Logistics Manager to lead our team in coordinating efficient and effective travel, logistics, event planning, scheduling, expense policy administration. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning and executing complex company events four times a year.

Your role will involve managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and satisfied with the services provided. You will work closely with our global teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events, as well as providing support for company offices worldwide.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs associated with travel and logistics. Your expertise in project management, event planning, and budgeting will enable you to make significant contributions to our organization's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation, for employees and contractors
  • Plan and execute company events, conferences, and meetings, both domestic and international
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment
  • Develop and manage budgets for travel and logistics expenses
  • Monitor and analyze expenses to identify areas for cost savings
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, contractors, and clients
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, hospitality, or tourism
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in travel and logistics management, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale events and projects
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work effectively in a remote team environment
