Business Development Director Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies that drive revenue growth and expansion into new markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pursue new business opportunities and expand existing relationships with customers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in sales of complex business software / IT solutions.
  • Proven track record in business application software sales.
  • Experience in lead role of a team-selling environment.
  • Demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative and competitive market.
  • Bachelor's degree equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Oil and Gas experience is preferred.
  • Fluent English language skills.
