Job Title: In-house Search Lead

This is a key leadership position responsible for driving the company's search strategy, ensuring seamless processes for headhunted talent to move smoothly through the pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a search strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
  • Coach senior leadership teams to drive hiring outcomes and improve their ability to attract exceptional talent.
  • Drive talent analytics to provide real-time insights, partnering with stakeholders to enhance hiring efficiency.
  • Conduct in-depth behavioural interviews to gain valuable insights into motivations and behaviours.
  • Build relationships with global stakeholders to ensure delivery against hiring agendas and monitor hiring activities for results.
What We're Looking For:
  • Professional experience in headhunting from reputable search firms or in-house search functions, with expertise in sourcing senior talent in the Technology industry.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders, creating learning programmes to develop their ability to identify and engage with passive talent.
  • Exposure to psychometric assessments and analytical problem-solving skills to identify trends and patterns from data.
  • An exceptional academic background including a degree in Psychology or people-based subject and a strong foundation in Maths.
  • Strong organisational skills to work remotely effectively and willingness to travel for company events.
