
Finance Administrative Specialist

The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the finance department and assist in managing daily financial operations.
This includes processing financial data, preparing reports, facilitating accounting procedures, and working alongside the finance team to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Document Management: Assist in collecting and organizing financial documents accurately and systematically.
- Reporting and Analytical Support: Support the preparation of periodic financial reports by compiling and organizing data.
- Updating Financial Records: Enter data into the financial system, verify accuracy, and ensure records are continuously updated.
- Communication with Suppliers and Partners: Support the team in communicating with suppliers to resolve financial inquiries.
- Budget Preparation Support: Assist the finance team in gathering necessary data for preparing the annual budget.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, banks, and stakeholders.
- Electronic Financial File Management: Create an electronic filing system to organize financial documents and data.
Education: Bachelor's degree in finance or business administration
Experience: Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Skills: Proficiency in Arabic and English, attention to detail, ability to provide administrative solutions quickly
