Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with government departments, ensuring all official formalities are completed accurately and on time.

You will stay informed about changes to laws, rules, and regulations, and provide updates to the Human Resources Department as needed. Additionally, you will assist with general inquiries, support office administration, and manage the employment visa tracking system.

Main Tasks

  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with government departments
  • Stay informed about changes to laws, rules, and regulations

  • Support office administration and facilities management
  • Manage the employment visa tracking system

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a government liaison or PRO role
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
  • A college degree, preferably a Bachelor's degree
  • Strong knowledge of Oman Labour Law
  • Proficient typing skills in English and Arabic
  • High interpersonal skills to work effectively with local government bodies
