
Sales Coordinator Assistant

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our partnership marketing team and provide essential administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably within marketing or sales administration.
The successful candidate will be responsible for internal coordination and sales support, appointment scheduling and follow-up, client communication and inbound lead management, presentation preparation, and CRM proficiency.
- Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule appointments with high-profile clients, confirming meetings and managing follow-ups.
Manage inbound communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses to every lead.
Assist in preparing sales decks, primarily using established templates with occasional customizations for specific clients.
Manage and move deals through the CRM system.
Maintain organization to manage multiple tasks, ensure timely follow-ups, and keep detailed records of interactions.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in an administrative or sales support role, ideally within marketing or sales administration.
CRM proficiency; prior experience with CRM systems is beneficial.
Attention to detail; ability to manage multiple client accounts and track lead interactions effectively.
Fluent written and verbal communication skills.
Sales deck and marketing knowledge; experience with sales decks or marketing teams is a plus.
Client-facing comfort; comfortable with client-facing communication and professional interactions.
Growth mindset; motivated, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about growing into a more sales-oriented role.
