Job Description

As part of the Commercial team, assist the PD Sales Manager with the complete order execution process for PD customers.

  1. Attend progress/ kick-off meetings and prepare a monthly sales plan.
  2. Ensure all documentation is completed as per customer requirements and obtain approval from the customer.
  3. Act as a coordinator between the client and the internal team during delivery and order execution.
  4. Coordinate with the client inspection team for product inspection.
  5. Obtain clearance from the customer to dispatch the product.
  6. Prepare and submit invoices to customers.
  7. Send reports to the finance department after collection completion.
  8. Prepare project reports after project completion and get approval from the customer.
  9. Provide progress updates to the client.
  10. Review the Manufacturing Completion Program (MCP) monthly.
  11. Achieve payment targets every month.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Skills/Knowledge
  • Client relationship management
  • Time management
Experience
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in project execution and sales coordination roles.
