We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our expanding team in Muscat The successful candidate will assist with all sales activities, including keeping schedules, providing feedback, documentation, and handling products & quotations / LPOs. Key responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with relevant and accurate reports as required by the line manager.
  • Follow up on pending orders and standing orders.
  • Send quotations to customers in the absence of the Salesperson as needed.
  • Follow up on short deliveries, out-of-stock products, etc., with the respective Salesperson.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery information or alternative product recommendations, following advice from the Salesperson.
  • Organize sales meetings as required.
  • Comply with HACCP & ISO procedures at all times.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven sales experience; experience as a sales coordinator or in administrative roles is a plus.
  • Must be eligible to obtain a work permit/visa for the job location.
  • Familiarity with the customer base in the work location is highly preferable.
  • Well-organized and responsible, with problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
