
Sales Coordinator

As part of the Commercial team, assist the PD Sales Manager with the complete order execution for PD customers.
Key Deliverables:
- Attend progress/kick-off meetings and prepare a monthly sales plan.
- Ensure all documentation is completed as per customer requirements and obtain approval from the customer.
- Act as a coordinator between the client and the internal team during delivery and order execution.
- Coordinate with the client inspection team for product inspections.
- Obtain clearance from the customer to dispatch the product.
- Prepare and submit invoices to customers.
- Send reports to the finance department after collection completion.
- Prepare project reports after completion and obtain customer approval.
- Provide progress updates to the client.
- Review the Manufacturing Completion Program (MCP) monthly.
- Achieve payment targets each month.
Job Profile:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
Skills/Knowledge:
- Excellent computer skills.
- Client relationship management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Time management.
Experience:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in project execution and sales coordination roles.
Business Understanding:
- Knowledge of the manufacturing industry.
