Property Sales Manager

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Property Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in managing relationships with clients and stakeholders in the property industry, with a proven track record of closing sales deals.
  • You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders in the property industry.
  2. New Business Development: Identifying and securing new sales opportunities.
  3. Sales Negotiation: Negotiating sales deals and closing sales.
  4. Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.
  5. Market Knowledge: Maintaining a deep understanding of the property market and industry trends.
  6. Marketing Strategies: Create social media marketing strategies.
  7. Event Participation: Participate in local and international property road shows and events.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales and property, with a focus on relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the property market and industry trends.
  • Prior experience working in Real Estate, High End Luxury Automotive, or High End brands.
  • Experience in selling off-plan residential units.
