About Our Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front House Manager to join our team at a leading fitness center.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and promoting our gym services and programs.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome members and visitors with a friendly demeanor.
  2. Manage check-ins, membership inquiries, and provide information about gym services and programs.
  3. Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally.
  4. Assist with membership sign-ups, renewals, and processing payments.
  5. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  6. Address member concerns and escalate issues to management as needed.
  7. Promote and sell retail items, including apparel, supplements, and other fitness-related products.
  8. Support the overall operation of the gym by coordinating with trainers and other staff.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in a fitness or hospitality setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and office software.
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle is a plus.
