Job Title: Account Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Growth Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining key client relationships, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management, sales, and relationship-building.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing relationships with key clients.
  • Owning an assigned list of key customers, named accounts, and other strategic accounts.
  • Achieve aggressive sales target growth for data communication products and solutions in the Middle East Territory.
  • Identify and develop local system integrators and partners to increase sales and ensure successful implementation.
  • Drive the specification of Easy World products in OEM design, end-user projects, and standards.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients about our products and services.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and follow-up in the CRM system for all leads and opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, and relationship-building.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis.
