Restaurant Operations Manager Role

This role is based at a prestigious hotel and involves overseeing the restaurant operations to achieve business objectives through customer-focused service delivery.

The successful candidate will maintain consistency in atmosphere, signature drinks, and culinary offerings across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining high standards by ensuring consistency in services offered.
  • Preparing monthly reports on financial and product-related issues.
  • Controlling and analyzing departmental costs to ensure performance against set targets.
  • Effectively managing staffing costs by preparing efficient work schedules in line with labor laws.
  • Coordinating the preparation of the annual budget and working to achieve it by monitoring and controlling departmental operations.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a 4-5-star hotel environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of beverages including spirits.
  • Fluency in English with Arabic being an added advantage.
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality software.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
