
Contract Administration Professional

This is a challenging role that requires strong organizational and project management skills, as well as excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage contractual relationships with customers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Review and comment on contractual clauses and requirements to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Support change management processes, including drafting and reviewing change orders, claims, and penalties.
- Ensure timely completion of contractual obligations, track notifications, milestones, and payments.
- Manage documentation requests and submissions, adhering to set deadlines.
- Monitor contractual milestones and payments to prevent delays and cost overruns.
- Advise on project execution deviations from contractual requirements and propose corrective actions.
- Coordinate the collection and approval of documents from internal departments.
- Track documentation status and communicate delays to stakeholders.
- Handle customer queries and prepare required indices and submissions.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- Knowledge of the cable or energy industry.
- Proven experience with EPC contracts.
- Ability to travel frequently.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
- Decisiveness, proactiveness, business acumen, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Conflict management, negotiation, adaptability, and stress tolerance.
- Extensive experience as a contract specialist.
- Successful track record in managing multidisciplinary projects with various contractual frameworks.
- Strong understanding of overall business operations is essential.
