Experience the beauty of Oman in a unique and challenging role as a Guest Relations Supervisor at a luxurious resort. Nestled in between rugged mountains and the Sea of Oman, our 124-acre property is home to three spectacular hotels with over 640 rooms and suites.

As a Guest Relations Supervisor, you will play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. Your leadership and organizational skills will ensure smooth and professional service delivery in line with our high standards.

  • You will oversee the daily activities of the guest relations team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across departments.
  • Personally welcome VIPs and long-stay guests, monitoring their satisfaction throughout their stay and ensuring personalized, thoughtful service.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues effectively and empathetically, ensuring positive outcomes and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure guest preferences and special requests are honored.
