Job Description

You will oversee all aspects of housekeeping operations, including rooms, public areas, laundry, and back-of-house cleanliness, ensuring the highest standards of luxury, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

This role is responsible for participating in pre-opening planning, budgeting, recruitment, procurement, and setting up standard operating procedures (SOPs).

You will design and implement housekeeping operational workflows, policies, and procedures, oversee the selection, purchasing, and inventory of linen, guest amenities, equipment, and cleaning supplies, and recruit, train, and onboard the housekeeping team.

The ideal candidate will lead, train, and manage all housekeeping and laundry team members, ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house, monitor and maintain departmental budgets, inventories, and cost controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in pre-opening planning, budgeting, recruitment, procurement, and setting up SOPs.

Requirements:
