Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive loyalty and retention programs that align with business objectives.
- Utilize customer data insights to create targeted incentives, rewards, and personalized experiences.
- Work closely with the CVM team to enhance personalization and optimize customer engagement.
- Monitor customer retention metrics, program participation, and ROI to measure effectiveness.
- Ensure continuous improvement of loyalty programs through research, feedback, and data analysis.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Expertise in automation, database management, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong skills in conflict resolution, leading change, fostering development, and inspiring teams.
