Our organization seeks a seasoned sales professional to spearhead business development initiatives in the masterbatch and polymer industries. This role entails identifying high-potential growth opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and driving revenue expansion across the Middle East and East Africa.

We require a highly skilled individual with 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the plastic additives or polymer sectors. The ideal candidate will have an impressive track record of generating leads and closing deals in the region, coupled with excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage sales cycles.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing targeted business development strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing client relationships.
  • Maintaining strong connections with industry leaders, converters, packaging companies, and plastic manufacturers to stay informed about market trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

A background in engineering or chemistry is advantageous, as is proficiency in analyzing complex market data and developing actionable insights.
