We seek a seasoned Sales Engineer/Executive to serve as an Assistant Sales Engineer/Executive, driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
In this role, you will collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and proposals, deliver product demonstrations and presentations, and provide technical assistance to customers before and after the sale. Additionally, you will participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing activities to promote our products.
Main Responsibilities:
- Determine customer needs and preferences, recommending suitable products or solutions.
- Work alongside the sales team to create sales strategies and proposals.
- Present product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
- Offer technical support to customers before and after the sale.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to promote our products.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
- Stay current with industry developments, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to gather feedback and enhance products.
- Track sales trends and report key metrics to management.
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office 365
- Capability to prepare quotations
- Knowledge of submitting quotations on online platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to career advancement
Credentials:
- BE, BBA, or MBA
Experience:
- 2 years
Employment Type:
- Full-time
Work Schedule:
- Saturday to Thursday (9am to 5pm)
