Sales and Business Development Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Specialist to drive sales for ERP and software products, manage client relationships, and ensure seamless contract renewals and customer succession planning. This role requires expertise in selling technology solutions, strategic thinking, and a customer-centric approach.

  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets, build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and customer engagement.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Renewal Handling: Proactively manage contract renewals, ensuring timely communication and negotiation to retain customers, identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell during the renewal process to maximize customer value.
  • Customer Succession Planning: Strategize and implement succession plans to ensure business continuity in client accounts, collaborate with internal teams to provide a smooth transition for customers, addressing potential challenges effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
