We are looking for a seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis Expert to join our client, one of the largest Interiors & Contracting companies in the GCC region.

Job Summary:

The Financial Planning and Analysis Expert will be responsible for leading the financial planning process, ensuring the company's financial health and stability. This role involves producing detailed financial reports and developing strategies based on in-depth financial research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements that provide accurate insights into the company's financial performance.

• Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with senior executives to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Conduct thorough financial analysis to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations, maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity.

• Oversee the management of cash flow, ensuring the company's liquidity and financial stability.

• Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

• A qualified CA or Inter CA is mandatory, with a professional accounting qualification being a significant advantage.

• Strong knowledge of financial accounting and reporting, with excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.

• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Our client offers an attractive salary package, estimated to be around 10,000 OMR per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
