Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking passionate and dynamic Sales professionals who pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service and providing creative solutions to guests.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for implementing sales activities and maximizing business opportunities in your area of responsibility. Key responsibilities include:
  • Ensuring comprehensive coverage of assigned accounts, achieving targets, and maximizing productivity
  • Implementing and executing sales objectives and action plans to reach set targets
  • Negotiating prices with customers for transient and group business in connection with the properties
  • Providing feedback on changing market conditions, including trends in competition
  • Maintaining files of major accounts and assisting Superiors in managing the accounts system
  • Adhering to selling strategies during negotiations and maximizing up-selling opportunities


Qualifications
  • A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is desirable
  • A minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Executive
  • Good problem-solving, administrative, highly organized, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Experience in leisure sales and hospitality is necessary
  • Local experience is advantageous
  • Proficiency in hotel systems is required
