Sales Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Oman.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development within the cybersecurity sector, with a proven track record of driving growth and exceeding revenue targets.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including enterprise clients, channel partners, and resellers.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and technical teams to craft tailored sales campaigns and go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead the sales cycle from prospecting and needs analysis to delivering customized solutions and closing deals.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in business development within the cybersecurity sector.
  • Strong background in solution and project-based selling, including channel sales and partner engagement.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to win – someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A strong team player with high levels of integrity and a passion for achieving ambitious targets.
