Lead Software Engineering Team

We are seeking a skilled and experienced software engineering leader to join our team. As an engineering manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and overseeing the development of software solutions.

About the Role:

This is a mid-senior level position that requires a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement software solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of software engineers in the development of software solutions
  • Oversee the development process from concept to delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Develop and implement software development methodologies and processes
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Identify and address technical issues and risks
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software solutions

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in software engineering and leadership roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong technical skills in software development methodologies and tools
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of engineers
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget
