Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily housekeeping operations, including arranging and assisting in tasks, securing maintenance of room keys and auxiliary locks, and ensuring cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily housekeeping operations
  • Assist in tasks such as key control and inventory management
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external guests

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
  • Minimum one year's experience in an administrative or coordinator role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
