Job Title:

Sales Manager

We are seeking a driven and experienced sales leader to lead and grow our client base across the Middle East and East Africa.

About Us:

A leading investment company operates in various sectors including masterbatch, plastic additives, and polymers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new B2B opportunities in the masterbatch, polymers, or plastics industry.
  • Manage key accounts and close high-value deals.
  • Build strong relationships with converters, packaging companies, and plastic manufacturers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the masterbatch, plastic additives, or polymer industry.
  • A proven track record of generating leads and closing deals across the Middle East, Africa, and Eastern Europe.
  • Strong communication skills and existing industry contacts.
  • The ability to independently manage sales cycles.
  • Experience with BCF yarn, PET, spunbond, or film applications is a strong plus.
  • Arabic or Russian language is a bonus.
  • An engineering or chemistry background is preferred.
