Drive Sales Growth and Excellence

As a seasoned Sales Manager, you will spearhead all sales activities within your designated area. Your primary responsibilities include ensuring comprehensive coverage of your portfolio, engaging executives for thorough client servicing, achieving targets, and maximizing productivity.

Sales Objectives and Execution
You will be responsible for implementing and executing all sales objectives and action plans to meet and exceed set targets. This includes establishing parameters, preparing quotes, and negotiating prices with customers for transient and group business in connection with properties. You will also provide feedback on market conditions, including trends in the competition, based on direct sales solicitation, telephone, and direct mail in your market areas.

Account Management and Upselling
Maintaining files of major accounts and assisting superiors in managing the accounts system is an essential part of this role. You will adhere to selling strategies during negotiations and maximize upselling opportunities whenever possible.

Qualifications and Requirements
This position requires a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management. A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Executive is necessary, along with strong problem-solving, organizational, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills. Experience in leisure sales and a hospitality background are required for success in this role.
