Restaurant Manager vacancy in Muscat, Oman

We are hiring a seasonal Restaurant Manager with a passion for food and exceptional leadership skills to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure high customer satisfaction, manage and train staff, maintain inventory, and monitor financial performance. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential. This is a temporary position for 6 months, with potential extension based on performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager
  • Strong leadership and staff motivation skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and financial reporting
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Salary:

  • 1400 USD per month
  • Free visa and round-trip ticket
