Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping department and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for strategically managing the housekeeping team, overseeing daily operations, developing and implementing housekeeping procedures and standards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • To ensure proper inventories of linen, uniforms, and operating equipment in housekeeping are conducted in line with audit standards to manage costs effectively.
  • To enforce all safety rules, emergency procedures, and fire prevention regulations according to industry standards to ensure the safety of guests and colleagues.
  • To oversee the control of cleaning and guest supplies; receiving, recording, handling, and storage, to minimize losses and maximize resource use.
  • To liaise with other managers in the Rooms Division, Technical Services Department, and Director of Rooms to monitor service quality, discuss operational problems, and ensure repair works are efficiently delivered.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who possesses excellent leadership and management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of hotel operations.

You will have a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, with a proven track record of success in a similar role. You will also possess excellent technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
