
Executive Support Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support the executive leadership team. This role requires an individual who can manage complex schedules, handle sensitive information with confidentiality, and act as a reliable point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, and schedules for senior executives.
- Organize meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Handle confidential communications with professionalism and discretion.
- Liaise with internal departments, clients, vendors, and global stakeholders on behalf of executives.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems to ensure accessibility and compliance.
- Track action items and project deadlines, ensuring timely follow-ups and completion.
- Provide personal assistance to executives when required, upholding strict confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role supporting C-level or senior management, ideally in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with scheduling and project management tools is a plus.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities; capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professional judgment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and maintain composure under pressure.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role supporting C-level or senior management, ideally in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
