Food Service Operations Leader

This position oversees the daily operations of a high-end restaurant, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing restaurant operations, with a strong emphasis on consistency in atmosphere, culinary offerings, and customer service.
- Maintain high standards of quality and service excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and optimize operational efficiency.
- Lead a team of staff members, providing guidance and coaching to ensure seamless service delivery.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a 4–5-star hotel.
- Excellent knowledge of beverages, including alcohol.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Micros operating systems.
- Strong customer service skills.
