About the Role
- Plan coverage and capacity for 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G sites, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Support frequency planning, propagation model tuning, and frequency allocation based on network needs.
- Dimension the BSC/RNC for optimal network performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver planned sites within agreed SLAs, ensuring timely execution.
- Oversee PSC, PCI planning, and other radio parameters for new NB, eNB, and gNB launches.
- Lead Open RAN Carrier Aggregation studies, setting standards and criteria for implementation.
