  • Lead the culinary division, prioritizing engagement based on business needs.
  • Monitor industry trends and collaborate on culinary research and development.
  • Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures for food and beverage operations, including menu design, sanitation, and cost control.
  • Support and guide the culinary team to adhere to company standards and systems.
  • Create and maintain standards, processes, and tools for consistent culinary quality.
  • Train, evaluate, and schedule culinary staff according to standards and business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with outlet managers and chefs to plan menus, pricing, and promotions.
  • Identify areas for improvement in food and beverage quality and develop action plans.
