  • We are seeking an accomplished Chef de Partie to join our culinary team, focusing on delivering exceptional food quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:

As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes according to menu guidelines, ensuring that all meals meet the highest standards.

You will also ensure that all mise-en-place is freshly prepared and ready on time, supporting efficient kitchen operations.

Additionally, you will assist the Sous Chef and Chef De Cuisine in the daily preparation and service of food, maintaining consistent high standards.

You will actively manage all aspects of the assigned kitchen section, delegate tasks to junior staff, and ensure smooth operations during service periods.

Lastly, you will assist in the development of new menu ideas, ensuring menus are seasonal, creative, and use the finest ingredients.

Requirements:
  • A college degree in Culinary Arts or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in increasingly responsible roles within the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate level).
