Executive Chef

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to oversee our culinary operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality food, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members.

About the Role:

The Executive Chef is responsible for managing day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation. This role requires a strong understanding of Arabic cuisine and international flavors.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain menus that showcase authentic Arabic dishes, while incorporating international flavors as needed.
  • Supervise and train kitchen personnel, focusing on Arabic-speaking team members to enhance communication and collaboration.
  • Communicate clearly with staff and guests in Arabic when necessary to ensure smooth service.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Monitor inventory, control food costs, and minimize waste to optimize kitchen efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Food & Beverage management team on menu planning, budgeting, and promotions.
  • Maintain equipment, cleanliness, and order in the kitchen at all times.
  • Participate in the hiring and performance evaluation of kitchen personnel.
  • Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through consistent culinary excellence and attention to detail.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Kitchen Manager.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality food and exceptional service.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Arabic cuisine and international flavors.
