  • Lead a team of kitchen staff in meal preparation, plating, and delivery.
  • Establish and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
Requirements
  • A professional kitchen apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Detailed knowledge of HACCP management systems.
  • Proficiency in food preparation, presentation, and preservation.
