About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Culinary Operations Manager to oversee our food and beverage operations. This key role is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality service while driving financial performance.

- Collaborate with culinary teams to create innovative menus and ensure quality standards are met.
- Coordinate special events, banquets, and catering functions to exceed customer expectations.

- Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure high-quality products at competitive prices.
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety and sanitation standards.
- Implement cost control measures to drive profitability.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in service standards and operational efficiency.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes high morale and engagement.
- Coach, train, and manage F&B colleagues to achieve excellence.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and guest service.
- Drive revenue growth and maximize profitability in the food and beverage department.
