We are excited to announce the upcoming opening of a stylish and contemporary hotel in one of Muscat's most dynamic waterfront destinations.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a pre-opening team where your ideas, energy, and commitment will help shape the hotel's culture and guest experience from day one.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to all reservation inquiries via phone, email, online platforms, or in person in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Accurately input, update, and manage bookings in the reservation system.
  • Confirm reservations and send confirmations to guests in a timely manner.
  • Assist guests with special requests, modifications, cancellations, and group bookings.
  • Upsell room types, packages, and hotel services to maximize revenue.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room types, rates, promotions, packages, and hotel services.
  • Monitor daily arrivals and no-show reports, and ensure proper communication with the front office team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or tourism diploma is a plus.
  • Previous experience in reservations, front office, or customer service role in a hotel or hospitality environment preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
