Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to all reservation inquiries via phone, email, online platforms, or in person.
  • Accurately input, update, and manage bookings in the reservation system.
  • Confirm reservations and send confirmations to guests in a timely manner.
  • Assist guests with special requests, modifications, cancellations, and group bookings.
  • Upsell room types, packages, and hotel services to maximize revenue.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Front Office, and Revenue teams to ensure accuracy in room allocation and rates.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room types, rates, promotions, packages, and hotel services.
  • Monitor daily arrivals and no-show reports, and ensure proper communication with the front office team.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns related to reservations in a courteous and effective manner.
