Culinary Service Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food & Beverage professional to lead our dining operations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will assist in managing day-to-day operations of the dining outlet. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, supporting the service team, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth service flow.

  1. Provide exemplary service to all guests by leading by example on the floor.
  2. Support the management in coordinating service operations and staff allocation.
  3. Prioritize food and beverage items for accurate and efficient service in line with quality standards.
  4. Guide and assist junior team members during service to ensure consistency and speed.
  5. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area at all times.
  6. Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely and correct order delivery.
  7. Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries or complaints.
  8. Contribute to training new staff members on service standards and outlet procedures.
  9. Manage daily inventory of service equipment, menus, and station setup.
  10. Promote menu items and specials to enhance the dining experience.
