About the Opportunity

This is a bid opportunity, and while it is not yet a secured role, we invite interested candidates to apply as we progress with this position.

The ideal candidate will have experience in category management and leadership, with a proven track record of delivering goals and managing teams. They will also have strong negotiation skills, commercial acumen, and influence and relationship skills.

  • Lead potentially managing other category leads.
  • Engage with executive and client level internal/external stakeholders/leaders.
  • Develop and implement strategies to deliver goals.
  • Leads the team on certain workstreams and initiatives, delivering on time and to expectation.
  • Category management & leadership.
  • Develop and maintain relationship management expertise.
  • Manage and provide leadership to teams, ensuring principals, structures, tools/capabilities and responsibilities are in place to deliver plans and excellence.
  • Due diligence & company/market understanding.
  • Create value through process, performance & commercial activity.
  • Plan development & implementation, including embedding, monitoring, and delivering via others.
  • Deliver on objectives in challenging situations on time.
  • Provide performance management, talent development, and coaching.
  • Develop and maintain internal and external relationships.
  • Influence and manage key/senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate towards net zero carbon transition and identify carbon emissions and reductions during work delivery.
