Vehicle Yard Coordinator

This is a specialized role that oversees the day-to-day operations of the vehicle yard, ensuring efficient handling, storage, movement, and tracking of vehicles. The position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage physical movement, parking layout, vehicle stacking, and space utilization to maintain a well-organized yard.
  • Record and update vehicle movement in DMS systems (Keyloop/Autoline) in real-time and maintain 100% accuracy in inventory across system and physical count.
  • Ensure correct vehicle preparation, documentation, and dispatch to respective showrooms or customers.
  • Establish SOPs for all yard activities and enforce compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform regular yard audits.
  • Coordinate with drivers, cleaners, yard staff, and PDI team to ensure seamless day-to-day functioning of the yard.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automotive, Logistics, or related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in vehicle yard/logistics operations.
  • Valid Oman/GCC Driving License.
