Role Summary

The Retail Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail stores, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. Main Responsibilities

  • Field Force Performance Monitoring: Monitor FF performance based on established KPIs, conduct regular assessments, and provide feedback for improvement.

  • RMS Business Module Promotion: Promote and implement RMS business modules, supervise implementation, and track indicator achievements.

  • National Incentive Plan Verification and Approval: Verify national monthly incentive plans, approve labor costs, and manage return on investment (ROI).

  • Fronts Management and Upgrade: Manage new fronts, maintain existing ones, and upgrade them as needed, ensuring display standards are met and implemented effectively.

  • Budget Management and Cost Verification: Manage position-related budgets, verify costs, and make informed decisions on resource allocation.

Requirements

  • Industry Background: 3+ years of experience in the 3C industry, preferably with mobile phone experience; 1-3 years of store management and human resources experience.

  • Familiarity with HR Systems and KPI Rulemaking: Familiarity with human resources systems and knowledge of KPI rulemaking are essential.

  • Outsourcing and Goal Setting Experience: Relevant experience in outsourcing manpower supplier management and goal setting is required.

  • Candidate Matching Logic: A clear understanding of candidate matching logic and human output landing strategies is necessary.

  • Position Management System Knowledge: Familiarity with position management systems and rules is required.

  • Language Skills: English is the primary working language, but Arabic is preferred.
