
Expert Employee Relations Specialist

This role entails overseeing the efficient functioning of various human resources divisions, ensuring compliance with corporate strategies and brand standards.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee relations, including recruitment, training, and performance management, as well as developing and implementing effective human resources policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Employee Relations Management: Ensure compliance with corporate strategies and brand standards.
- Hiring and Training: Manage employee relations, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Policies and Procedures Development: Develop and implement effective human resources policies and procedures.
- Public Relations Coordination: Coordinate public relations activities and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee employee accommodation, dining, and transportation functions.
- Education: University degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management.
- Work Experience: Minimum 2 years work experience as Human Resources Manager or Personnel Manager in larger operations.
- Skillset: Excellent problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of Human Resources database and Human Resources Management Systems.
- Nationality: Omani National.
- Flexibility: Flexibility and ability to adapt to fast-growing changes in the industry.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills.
- Additional Qualifications: Background in Learning & Development a plus.
