Results-driven leaders are sought to spearhead beverage market expansion in Oman. The ideal candidate will drive business strategy across retail, on-trade, and route-to-market channels to boost profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead senior managers across departments to exceed revenue and profit targets.
  • Oversee P&L and contribute to company growth through effective cost and cash flow management.
  • Build strategic relationships with top-tier clients to maintain market-leading position.
  • Collaborate with Category Managers to identify revenue-generating opportunities and execute brand activations.
  • Align closely with Finance for budget planning, policy management, and financial reviews.
  • Conduct structured reviews with key accounts to ensure delivery of the annual business plan.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least 6 years in sales, including 3 years managing key accounts.
  • 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • P&L and inventory management experience.
  • Experience in multi-category channels (beer, wine, spirits, champagne).
  • WSET or equivalent wine & spirits qualifications.
  • Strong commercial and numerical acumen.
  • Effective leadership and cross-cultural team management.
  • Proven negotiation, communication, and coaching capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
